globesitters pledge

in order to maintain the high quality of globesitters, we ask all of our care experts to promise the following:

 

rule 1: i will do my best to represent globesitters and its values of security & safety, trust, responsibility, reliability, care, happiness and playfulness


rule 2: i will promptly respond to all email, sms and phone inquiries from families


rule 3: i will keep all appointments unless it is absolutely impossible. if i must cancel an appointment, i will promptly contact the family


rule 4: i will prepare myself before every job and will print out the family profile as well as the ideas provided under the section fun & games


rule 5: i will regularly check my account and keep my profile up to date


rule 6: i will do my best to achieve high scores in the online aptitude test. if my score is below 60 percent, i am committed to doing extra reading and studying to achieve a higher test score at my chance two weeks later.


rule 7: i will manage my profile and request ratings and references in order to show my motivation


rule 8: i will write references and rate families so that other care experts of the community will know what it is like to work for them


rule 9: i will only proceed with this registration if i am actively looking for a job as a sitter or care expert


rule 10: i will suspend or cancel my account when i am no longer available or stop accepting new jobs from new familiesstehe oder keine jobs bei neuen familien mehr annehme.



if for some reason a care expert does not abide by his or her pledge, a family may choose to inform globesitters, and the company will follow up on the complaint. The care expert’s profile on globesitters could be permanently deactivated after three complaints. however, globesitters does evaluate all complaints and the care expert has the right to appeal any complaints against him or her that he or she deems unfair.
